Welcome To Tina's Kitchen

Ladies and gentlemen, I am about to share with you my ultimate holiday recipe:

Chicken DeSimone

Ingredients:
4 cooked chicken breasts
(Jeffrey says that it has to be white meat)
1 family sized can creme of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers crumbled
1 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream in a bowl
Pour mixture into a casserole dish
Mix crackers and butter in a plastic bag
Layer the cracker mixture over the chicken

Bake 35 minutes
If you need to double the recipe do not double up on the soup.

OK I know you are supposed to have white wine with chicken but this is Tina's kitchen where white wine is not allowed. So break out that bottle of merlot and enjoy.
